It’s updated yearly and filled with tons of medical reference footnotes for people wanting to know the medical evidence behind the application.

A small, inexpensive oil application booklet that is great to hand out in classes and carry with you in small spaces. It’s not very big, but they packed a load of information inside it. It’s a great go-to quick reference when you need to know what oils to use for your problem.
