Tuesday Tip Spotlight: Remember What You Read
Basil essential oil is a great oil to add to your finals week preparation (or the job presentation, or other big, stressful events where you need to be at your best). How?
Basil has calming properties, for one. Add a drop of basil oil to a bit of carrier oil and massage into the back of your neck. Calmness helps with focus and memory retention.
Next, diffuse 2-4 drops of basil oil in a diffuser as you study or prepare for the big project that requires all that concentration. Basil oil promotes ability to focus while reading.
(If you get hungry, add a drop to some food you’re making. You need nourishment while you study, right?)
